Years and years people have been complaining of waste running down the rivers in America. Doing some research in my own state reveals much behind the curtain of politics we all face today. The great show on the major media hardly touches the real concerns facing the infrastructure of our country today. At least Trump implies rebuilding America. What does that mean exactly?

The environmental concern from many different links associated with the smaller blogs and newspaper articles shows this concern far more efficiently than the their major media counterparts. Pick up your local newspaper and see for yourself in your area...

The waste management in southern Florida is definitely years behind what our current technology can provide. Those who live in the area see the green filth running down the rivers straight into the ocean. Dead fish, birds, and critters of all sorts are turning the water into a literal river Styx.

The sewer waste and chemical dumping is causing a green algae to accumulate at some of the Florida beaches.

Here's a detail of one path of shit coming from Lake Okeechobee right on down the St. Lucie River waterway out onto the beaches in Stuart.

Fine! Question the scientists. Where will that go? It's the lobbyists and the politicians that need a kick in the ass to address these real issues. Local community infrastructures are slowly rotting away. Too many corporate developments injecting their own self interests into the quantitative equation.

The great river once had a wide, winding, drainage basin that held water, but it was straightened so now it all pours quickly into the lake full of agricultural and urban filth.
