Learn why electric cars never came to its full fruition...

... and learn how alcohol was not developed into a full fledged fuel industry until only recently. One of the biggest reasons prohibition came about...it certainly did help the big oil industries.

Good cheer in friends is bad for business.

The 19th century was a period of great change and rapid industrialization. The iron and steel industry spawned new construction materials, the railroads connected the country and the discovery of oil provided a new source of fuel.

The discovery of the Spindletop geyser in 1901 drove huge growth in the oil industry. Within a year, more than 1,500 oil companies had been chartered, and oil became the dominant fuel of the 20th century and an integral part of the American economy.

When you think about how important oil is to the economy, how many wars have been fought over the stuff and its affect on global warming, you'd forget that it's a relatively recent commodity.

While is seems that our love of black gold has gone on forever, the oil industry as we know it is less than 100-years-old.

And as recently as 75-year-ago the oil rich nations of the Middle East were poor desert countries with small populations and even smaller wallets.

Things have changed a lot since then obviously. The United Arab Emirates, Dubai and Saudi Arabia are lands of the kind of conspicuous consumption not seen since the Indian Maharajas.

That's a good find Apple....

Around the 48 minute mark the video gives a concise explanation of how the educational system was subverted to suit TPTBs needs. Be sure to look around for yourselves to verify what you learn.

It's interesting how oil fuels how we're all educated today. These men of 'great renown' put their fingers in every pie imaginable to keep the control mechanisms all for themselves. Oil is needed in so many industries. Including big pharma. The education needed to keep the various machines running is tightly controlled by policies put in place from men like Rockefeller.A nation of thinkers? Hell no! TPTB can never let this happen. I think knowing the full truth of the worlds struggle will devastate humanity. Hopeful, when all is known, the depression from revelation will not destroy us all. That's why it's so important to learn history and use classical educational methods to discern the evil in the world today.

Electric cars? Not until a way is found to maximize profit for their owners. Not the ones you get to drive yourself but the the driverless ones. Electric cars go way back. Even before the gas powered ones existed. That wasn't profitable for Standard Oil. Edison and his cronies almost destroyed the oil industry. I bet the bankers at the time laughed with glee when they found out cars could be powered by gasoline. Goodbye electricity!
