Strange days breed strange circumstances. Strange thoughts can enter our minds and further keep people in a dark hole of depression. It's up to each and every one of us to rise above the bullshit. Plus, it's important to try and help others cope with these problems anyway we can.

There's so much negative content in the world that is offered for consumption. Learn from your past purchases. Were they good for you? Was it worth it? What made you buy it? Did it help you grow or bring you down.

In the end it's up to the individual to learn for themselves. What is positive for you as well as others? That old saying 'misery loves company' holds true. But, so does happiness...

I find the small things in life help to keep away the blues. A smile, a good joke, a great meal. Keeping things simple creates a decent foundation to build on.

Slow yourself down, friends...

Find something you like to do to keep your mind away from the negative waves.

A hobby, a book, learn new things.

Go outside, take a walk and breathe in the day.

Find a quiet place to still your mind.

When a negative thought enters try and still it.

Do something positive even if it's just a small thing to keep yourself alive...

Ever notice how it's the small things that really bring out the shine?
