You do realize that the more you research history and the like the more others will think you're a lunatic.

Ya ya ya ya...

maybe so. it just means one must watch the triggers inside the self that could distort any true meaning gained from it. after all, the study of history is also a study of the self. any kind of investigator is an historian of sorts. how else can one tell a story to a jury? just make sure it's a good one.

Aqueducts & Sanitation?

I think if you do a little research in that area you'll find that modern waterworks and sanitation methods are much older than the Romans. Matter of fact Romans weren't the first to come up with any of those ideas at all. Why has the Roman & Greek style of architecture been so prolific for so long? We still use it today...

I've heard the stories about how Rome influenced Western Society but I also heard some parallel stories on how Rome's influence reached into Asia too. Specifically Russia. They didn't use the title Czar for nothing.

This lecture is well worth the listen. He gives a clear and concise 'order' to the facts on hand. Using his examples to explain the parallels we all face today. The same questions we have today in society have already been asked. We only need listen. History is about the thoughts and intentions of our forebears. Looking at their mistakes and their triumphs to form our own order to the universe.

Keeping people ignorant is blissful only for the few!~

A big problem is that our educational system doesn't teach anything reliable about history. The system is propped up and protected by the faculity itself. They're too chickenshit to speak up inside the system because they'll lose their jobs and the 'authority' they hold. The Romans did this kind of thing too. You could be banished, sold into slavery, or even executed if you spoke out against TPTB at the time.

Are you tired of being told the previous generations were evil? That people in history did evil things? Sure they did. Nobody's perfect. So what. This doesn't mean you have to be responsible for the mistakes of evil men. Know this: there are good things in history too. All academics are based on what the state wants to teach. Question those who would silence you for learning more about yourselves through history. They only care about themselves because they're being propped up by entities who don't care about the general public. They're just a weak line of defense for TPTB. Be proud of your heritage and stand for the moral values you were taught. These values are slowly degrading because they are not taught anymore. What was once great has been diminished on purpose by those who would seek to destroy all that is good in society.

Notice how the dollar has lost value since the Federal Reserve was created. This parallels the devaluation of the silver denarius in Roman times. It got so bad in Rome even the government wouldn't accept the denarius because the silver value went down to just 5% silver content.
